Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards issued by KCH Collections, a hairdressing salon based in Northern Ireland.

By purchasing or using a KCH Collections gift card, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purchasing a Gift Card

  • Gift cards can be purchased in-salon or via phone for collection.

  • Available in any amount over £[insert minimum, e.g., £10].

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

  • Cards may be issued in physical or digital format (if applicable).

2. Redeeming Your Gift Card

  • Gift cards can be used in-salon only toward hairdressing services or retail products.

  • Present your physical or digital card at checkout to redeem it.

  • Gift cards cannot be used for tips/gratuities unless otherwise stated.

  • Partial redemptions are allowed; the remaining balance will stay on the card until it is used or expires.

3. Expiry & Validity

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Expired gift cards will not be accepted and cannot be reactivated.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to use the gift card before it expires.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • KCH Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

  • We are unable to replace or reimburse gift cards without valid proof of purchase and remaining balance.

5. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be:

  • Redeemed for cash (except where required by law)

  • Used to purchase another gift card

  • Used online (if applicable) unless specified

  • Combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless agreed in advance

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once issued, gift cards are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event a service or appointment is cancelled by us, your gift card will remain valid for future use.
